Gil Rosenthal is a partner with the Kutak Rock law firm in Denver where he helps clients achieve a variety of goals. With more than 25 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and taxation, Gil provides practical advice to individuals and companies ranging from start-ups and family offices to large multi-national enterprises.

Gil earned his BA from Dartmouth College, his LLM specializing in Taxation from the University of Denver, and his JD from Lewis and Clark College's Northwestern School of Law.
